Small dose. BIG results. GLP microdosing

Welcome to the 207 Wellness Microdosing Program! 🎉
You’ve taken an important step toward improving your health, energy, and long-term vitality. Our microdosing approach uses lower, carefully titrated doses of a proven GLP medication to support sustainable weight loss (about 1 lb per week), improve metabolic flexibility, and strengthen mitochondrial health—while minimizing side effects and cost. Success here isn’t just about the number on the scale; our focus is reducing visceral fat, preserving and building muscle, and helping you feel better overall through personalized medication dosing, protein-forward nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset support.

Cutting the dose does not mean cutting the results

—this program is designed for real, lasting change and a healthier health span, not just short-term weight loss.

Consultation

Your 3-month microdosing program starts with a thoughtful, one-on-one consultation designed to truly get to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, lifestyle, and personal goals, then create a plan focused on steady, sustainable progress—about one pound of weight loss per week while protecting lean muscle. Beyond the scale, we’ll also prioritize how you feel, including improved energy, mental clarity, and fewer food cravings. By supporting healthy habits like proper protein intake and better sleep, our goal is to reduce visceral fat, strengthen muscle, and help you build lasting results you can feel confident about long after the program ends.

Medication Schedule

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication that helps regulate appetite and support metabolic health. Our compounded microdosing approach uses lower, gradual weekly doses—starting at 0.125 mg and progressing to 0.25 mg over 12 weeks—to encourage steady, sustainable results while minimizing side effects.

Why microdosing works: giving your body time to adapt helps reduce nausea and digestive discomfort, improves tolerability, and supports long-term success without sacrificing results. Mild side effects may occur and are often managed with smaller meals, good hydration, and ongoing guidance from our team.

Throughout your microdosing journey at 207 Wellness, you’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical team focused on your safety, progress, and long-term success. Your program includes a 1-month follow-up visit with our Registered Nurse (RN) to assess your response, review progress, and adjust dosing as needed, followed by a 3-month visit with our FNP/CNM to evaluate overall results and refine your long-term plan. In addition, you’ll receive weekly check-ins with a member of the 207 Wellness team to monitor symptoms, assess effectiveness, and provide practical tips and guidance—ensuring you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

The Pillars That Support Your Microdosing Success

At 207 Wellness, microdosing works best when paired with supportive lifestyle foundations. Nutrition focuses on a protein-forward approach to preserve muscle, support metabolism, and stabilize energy, along with time-restricted eating aligned with your natural circadian rhythm and targeted supplementation as needed. Exercise, especially resistance training, is essential for maintaining muscle and bone health while enhancing fat loss, with personalized options available to meet you where you are. Hydration plays a critical role in appetite regulation, digestion, and energy, with a goal of at least 64 ounces of water daily. Sleep and stress optimization help regulate hormones, reduce inflammation, and improve fat loss through consistent routines and mindfulness practices. Finally, mindset training keeps the focus on sustainable habits, realistic goals, and long-term success—because lasting results come from building a lifestyle you can maintain.
