Our Story

Amber Willey and Erin MacKenzie are co -founders of 207 Wellness, LLC.

Both born and raised in Maine and are greatly committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our beautiful state's residents.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 2009, and Master of Science Degree in Nursing, 2018.  She has worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's hospital and then as a Family Nurse Practitioner with those struggling with addiction.

Amber resides in Old Town with her husband, Russ, two sons, Aidan and Richard, and dogs, Penny, Olive, and Mack.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 2012 and Master of Science Degree in Nursing, 2018.

Erin has worked as a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Erin resides in Holden with her husband, Matt, daughters, Lennie and Addie, and son, Charlie.

Amber and Erin's paths have crossed several times throughout the past decade and a half. Amber was working in the ICU at St Joseph's hospital when she first took a nursing student, Erin, under her wing for her senior partnership.

Amber taught Erin the critical care skills of nursing, while modeling a caring and compassionate demeanor that stuck with Erin as she began her professional career. Flash forward five years, and their paths crossed again as students working towards their FNP degrees at Husson University. Another five years, and here we are!

Amber had the vision, and Erin was eager to join. 207 Wellness was created with the goal of providing a holistic approach to better health and wellbeing. We are honored by each patient that allows us to be part of their journey!

We can't wait to help you reach your health goals!

Our Approach

We are so excited to start this journey with you and help you to reach your health goals!

At 207 Wellness, we feel as though success is best gained through a holistic approach.

Studies have shown that weight loss of 5-7% of body weight can reduce risk factors for cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Weight loss is like an onion, there are many layers to break through to not only lose the weight but also to maintain the loss - which is our ultimate goal!

At our initial visit, we will work with you to define your goals and expose the barriers we will have to overcome!

Together, we will generate a plan that includes nutritional and activity recommendations as well as the possibility of medication administration.

Our greatest achievement will be to reset the mindset with an end result of lasting good health and happiness!

Our Team.
